- Leave delivery notice if signature needed
- Attempt redelivery next business day

**Package stolen or lost?**

We'll file a claim and get you a replacement.

Return Shipping

**Returning your Bellwynn?**  
We cover return shipping costs. Email support@bellwynn.com for a prepaid return label.

**No original box?**  
No problem. Just pack it safely in any box.

 International Orders

**Canada, UK, Australia:**
- Same 5-8 day timeline
- No surprise customs fees (duties/taxes included at checkout)
- Free shipping both ways

**Customs Delays:**  
Occasionally customs can add 2-3 extra days. We can't control this, but it's rare.

**Wrong address?**

**Damaged in shipping?**  
Take photos and email us immediately. We'll send a replacement overnight.

**Lost package?**  
If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us. We'll investigate and resolve within 24 hours.
