The 30-Night Guarantee

Use the Bellwynn for 30 full nights.

If it doesn't give you back your mornings, your showers, or your ability to eat sitting down — send it back.

We refund every cent. We cover return shipping both ways.

No questions asked. (Okay, we might ask "what didn't work?" so we can improve. But you don't have to answer.)

How to Return

Step 1: Email Us support@bellwynn.com Subject line: "Return Request" Include your order number.

Step 2: We Send You a Label Prepaid return label emailed within 4 hours. Print it. Stick it on the box.

Step 3: Ship It Back Drop it at any USPS, FedEx, or UPS location. No cost to you.

Step 4: Get Your Refund Full refund processed 24–48 hours after we receive it. Money back in your account within 3–5 business days.

Important Details

When does the 30-night period start? The day your Bellwynn arrives — not the day you ordered.

Do I need the original box? No. Any box that protects it during shipping is fine.

What if I threw away the free gifts? Keep them. They're yours. We only need the swing back.

What condition does it need to be in? Normal use is expected. We're not looking for reasons to deny your refund. If you used it as intended, it's returnable.

Can I return after 30 nights? The guarantee is 30 nights. After that, the standard return policy applies (14 days, must be unused).

Warranty vs. Returns

30-Night Guarantee (First 30 days): Full refund, no questions, return shipping covered.

1-Year Warranty (After 30 days): Covers manufacturing defects. We'll repair or replace. Does not cover normal wear or damage from misuse.

Defective on arrival? Email us immediately. We'll send a replacement overnight. Keep the defective unit — we'll arrange pickup.

Refund Timeline

Return shipped: Day 1 We receive return: Day 3–5 Refund processed: Day 6–7 Money in your account: Day 9–12

Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Most issues are solved with:

  • Canopy adjustment tips
  • Different speed settings
  • Giving baby 3–7 days to adjust

We're real parents. We've been there. We'll help troubleshoot.

But if it's still not working — send it back. No hard feelings.

The Fine Print

Non-returnable items: None. Everything is returnable within 30 nights.

Restocking fees: Zero. We don't charge restocking fees.

Return shipping costs: Covered by us. Both ways.

Refund exceptions:

  • Fraudulent returns (returning a different product)
  • Extreme damage beyond normal use
