These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products from Bellwynn ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
Read them. They matter.

1. WHO CAN ORDER
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
By ordering, you confirm that:
- You are 18 or older
- The payment information you provide is accurate
- You have authority to use the payment method
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, suspicious, or violate these Terms.

2. PRODUCT USE & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
**CRITICAL: The Bellwynn Baby Swing is for SHORT, SUPERVISED naps ONLY.**
By purchasing and using the Bellwynn, you agree to:
✓ Use ONLY for supervised daytime naps (typically 20-40 minutes)
✓ Never use for overnight sleep
✓ Never leave baby unattended in the swing
✓ Always secure baby with 5-point harness
✓ Follow all weight limits (5-25 lbs)
✓ Stop use when baby can sit up unassisted
✓ Follow all safety instructions in user manual
✓ Comply with AAP safe sleep guidelines
**You acknowledge that:**
- Swings are NOT safe sleep surfaces for extended or overnight sleep
- The Bellwynn is NOT a replacement for a crib or bassinet
- Improper use may result in serious injury or death
- You are solely responsible for supervising your baby at all times
**Failure to follow safety guidelines voids all warranties and releases Bellwynn from any liability.**

3. PRICING & PAYMENT
**Prices:**
- All prices displayed in USD
- Prices subject to change without notice
- Price at time of order confirmation is the binding price
**Payment:**
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Payment plans available via Afterpay and Klarna (subject to approval)
- Payment is processed when order is placed
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount
**Taxes:**
- Sales tax calculated at checkout based on shipping address
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes
**Payment Plan Terms:**
- Afterpay/Klarna: 4 interest-free payments of $47.50
- First payment due at purchase
- Subsequent payments auto-charged every 2 weeks
- Late fees may apply (set by Afterpay/Klarna, not Bellwynn)
- You must maintain valid payment method with payment plan provider

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
**Standard Shipping:**
- Free on all orders
- 5-8 business days after order is placed
- Tracking provided within 24 hours
- Shipping to USA, Canada, UK, Australia
**Delivery:**
- Signature not typically required
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping address
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control
**Risk of Loss:**
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
- Report lost, stolen, or damaged packages within 48 hours: support@bellwynn.com
**International Orders:**
- Duties and taxes included at checkout (no surprise fees)
- Customs delays may add 2-3 days (beyond our control)

5. THE 30-NIGHT GUARANTEE
**What's Covered:**
- 30 full nights from delivery date (not order date)
- Full refund if product doesn't work for you
- Return shipping covered by us both ways
- No restocking fees
**How to Return:**
1. Email support@bellwynn.com with order number
2. Receive prepaid return label within 4 hours
3. Ship product back in any suitable packaging
4. Refund processed within 24-48 hours of receipt
5. Money returned to original payment method in 3-5 business days
**Conditions:**
- Product must be in usable condition (normal use expected)
- Cannot be damaged beyond normal use
- Free gifts can be kept (only swing needs to be returned)
- One return per customer (no serial returners)
**Not Covered:**
- Returns after 30 nights (warranty applies instead)
- Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or failure to follow safety guidelines
- Fraudulent returns (returning different/counterfeit product)
**We reserve the right to:**
- Refuse returns that violate these terms
- Ban customers who abuse the return policy
- Inspect returned products before processing refund

6. WARRANTY
**1-Year Limited Warranty:**
Bellwynn warrants the swing to be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year from delivery date.
**What's Covered:**
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Motor failure under normal use
- Electronic component failures (not battery-related)
**What's NOT Covered:**
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage from failure to follow instructions
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, stains, fading)
- Batteries or consumable parts
- Products used for commercial purposes
**Warranty Claims:**
- Email support@bellwynn.com with order number and photos
- We'll troubleshoot remotely first
- If defective, we'll repair, replace, or refund (our choice)
- We cover shipping for warranty replacements
**THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.**

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
**READ THIS CAREFULLY. IT LIMITS OUR LEGAL LIABILITY.**
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
1. **Bellwynn is NOT liable for:**
- Any injury, death, or damage resulting from product use or misuse
- Failure to follow safety instructions
- Improper supervision of baby
- Use for overnight sleep or extended unsupervised naps
- Any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages
2. **Maximum Liability:**
- Our total liability is limited to the purchase price you paid
- This applies regardless of legal theory (contract, negligence, strict liability, etc.)
3. **Your Responsibility:**
- You assume all risk associated with product use
- You are solely responsible for baby's safety and supervision
- You must follow all safety guidelines and AAP recommendations
**IMPORTANT:** Some states don't allow limitations on liability for personal injury. If you live in such a state, these limitations may not apply to injuries caused by our negligence.
**By using this product, you agree that safe sleep practices are YOUR responsibility, not ours. The Bellwynn is a tool - but you are the parent.**

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on bellwynn.com is our property:
- Logo, branding, design
- Product photos, videos, descriptions
- Website copy, advertorials, blog posts
- Sensory Seal™ terminology (trademark pending)
**You may NOT:**
- Copy our content for commercial use
- Use our branding without permission
- Resell or redistribute our marketing materials
- Claim our content as your own
**You MAY:**
- Share our content on social media (with credit)
- Link to our website
- Post honest reviews with product photos

9. PRIVACY & DATA
**What We Collect:**
- Name, email, shipping address, payment info (for order processing)
- IP address, browser type (for security and analytics)
- Customer service interactions (for support quality)
**What We DON'T Do:**
- Sell your data to third parties
- Share your info except as required to fulfill orders (shipping carriers, payment processors)
- Send spam (unsubscribe anytime)

10. PROHIBITED USES
You may NOT:
- Resell Bellwynn products commercially without authorization
- Use our products in daycare, commercial, or institutional settings (residential use only)
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, or modify the product

- Make false claims about the product or our company
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or ban customers who violate these terms.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Either party can seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or safety issues.

12. PRODUCT RECALLS & SAFETY UPDATES

- Any assumptions or expectations not written here
**Changes or waivers:**
- Must be in writing and signed by us
- Our failure to enforce a term doesn't waive our right to enforce it later
